Sesame Street: Elmo's Morning Routine Daily morning routine에 대해 말하는 Elmo, 이걸 보니까 방학 때마다 방학 계획표 그리던 기억이 나네. 엘모가 말하는 아침 루틴은 간단하고, 쉬운 표현들이라 잘 들린다. 하지만 한글 표현을 보고 바로 영어로 말하려고 하면 약간의 버퍼링이 있어서 슬프다. 그래도 따라하다보면 저런 표현들을 자연스럽게 쓸 수 있겠지. 오늘의 엘모의 이야기 중 '옷을 입다'라는 표현으로 "Get dressed" 를 확실히 정리해보았다. 일상적으로 옷을 입다라는 표현은 "get dressed", 하지만 옷을 격식에 맞춰 입거나, 멋을 내서 잘 차려입거나, 의상으로 변장하거나 할 때 사용하는 표현은 "dress up"이라고 한다. 이번 기회에 확실히 정리 : ) Sesame Street: Elmo's Morni.. 2020. 9. 20.
